Head of Real Estate & Facilities, Tiffany Mizen, has been named to INvolve’s 2024 HERoes “Top 100 Women Executives" list, supported by YouTube. The award celebrates female senior executives who are advocates for the advancement of women in business and championing gender diversity in the workplace.
Tiffany is responsible for designing, operationalizing, and executing real estate and workplace services inclusive of Strategy, Transactions, Facilities Management, Design & Construction, Hospitality, and Logistics. Additionally, she chairs Bridgewater’s Operational Sustainability Committee, is Executive Sponsor of the Bridgewater Black Network, and is a member of Bridgewater’s Women’s Influence Network.
Tiffany serves as an active role model in the industry, mentoring and inspiring future real estate leaders, women, and individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, while also coaching women on business etiquette, professional skills, and corporate interactions.
