Our Operating Board of Directors
At the end of September 2022, the transition of Ray Dalio’s control of Bridgewater was completed, and the Operating Board of Directors gained the authority to oversee Bridgewater’s operating company (Bridgewater Associates, LP). The structure of the Operating Board is designed to provide representation of the various stakeholder constituencies within Bridgewater, and is comprised of equity owners, senior employees, our CEO, and outside directors.
