This week, Bridgewater’s Director of Wealth Management Solutions, Lexie Toorock, participated in the first event programming for the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) 2025 Women’s Global Leadership Program (WGLP). Throughout the week-long programming, the cohort joined a network of senior-level professionals in seminar engagements to better their understanding of global issues and took part in training sessions to grow their executive leadership and communication skills.
Lexie joined Bridgewater in 2012, and throughout her tenure with the firm has been responsible for its wealth business in the Americas and EMEA. She also manages the firm’s relationships with global banks, wires, RIAs and more. Lexie was an instrumental part in building out the firm’s wealth practice across strategy, product, fundraises, and diligence, and currently serves as a co-head of the firm’s Women’s Affinity Network (WIN).
Lexie’s participation in the program is a testament to the Bridgewater community’s commitment to expanding our thinking, sharpening our insights, and broadening our outlooks in pursuit of understanding how the world works.
