Chip Packard
Chip Packard joined Bridgewater in 2016 and serves as Global Head of Strategic Partnerships for Bridgewater’s Client Service department. In his role, he is responsible for developing and managing the client and commercial strategy across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, as well as building the strategic advisory relationships and delivering tailored portfolio strategies to clients across those regions. Chip is also a Partner of the firm.
Prior to joining Bridgewater, Chip spent 10 years at Deutsche Bank where he was the Head of Private Wealth Management, Americas and a member of the Executive Committee for Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management, which oversaw $1.3 Trillion for institutions and individuals globally. Before his time at Deutsche Bank, Chip spent 10 years in senior roles in financial services at Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He is a graduate of the University of San Diego and earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.
