Bridgewater Hosts Atlantic Council’s Inaugural Millennium Leadership Summit

September 2024
Bridgewater hosted the Atlantic Council’s inaugural Millennium Leadership Summit at its headquarters, convening over 100 leaders and accomplished global professionals across government, business, and civil society to discuss important trends impacting economies and markets around the world.

Some of Bridgewater’s most exceptional rising leaders have participated in the Millennium Leadership Program since its inception, providing them with excellent opportunities to share knowledge, experience, and expertise while building a robust network dedicated to addressing the world’s most pressing challenges. We were pleased to have program alumni, other key members of the Bridgewater community, and distinguished guests come together for a day focused on innovative problem-solving and critical dialogue.

The Summit, centered on the topic of “Global Leadership in Times of Uncertainty,” covered timely issues through the lenses of economics, technology, climate, and geopolitics. Speakers including co-CIO Karen Karniol-Tambour, Atlantic Council President and CEO Fred Kempe, Fmr. Governor and Ambassador Jon Huntsman, and Spencer Stuart CEO Jordan Brugg, shared their expertise through panels and breakout sessions throughout the event.
