Kate Manahan, Head of Reward and Talent Enablement, recently participated in a panel discussion where she and other industry leaders examined the paradigm shift taking place across a growing employee benefit landscape. Kate spoke about the importance of companies offering strong benefits not only on paper, but also in how a company’s culture and management empowers employees to take full advantage of benefit offerings. She encouraged benefit leaders to broaden their definition of manager training to include not just ad hoc workshops — but truly listening to employee experience and adapting accordingly. “Having a dialogue among employees on what their experience has been like and having the right people in that audience to listen and learn," she said.
