Caitlin Ludlow, former Head of Diversity and Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility, recently joined Luminary NYC, a global professional growth organization for women, to lead a discussion on Inclusive and Effective Feedback in a Virtual World. During the session, Caitlin used a combination of personal experience and what she’s learned at Bridgewater to present audience members with a framework for how to ensure that the impact of their feedback matches their intent.
