BCG Global Chair Reflects on the Firm’s D&I Journey

Rich Lesser, Global Chair of Boston Consulting Group (BCG), has been a longtime corporate leader and advocate for advancing diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the workplace. Lesser talked about flexibility as an example of a policy that is both universally needed with widespread benefit to the full population, while at the same time providing outsized help for underrepresented groups, who are more likely to bear a greater share of the burden when it comes to integrating work and life.
