Our Co-Head of the Americas Region, Alan Bowser, has been named to the 2020 EMpower Ethnic Minority Executive Role Model List, supported by Yahoo Finance. This award celebrates 100 senior executives who are leading advocates for the advancement of people of color at work. In addition to his role overseeing client relationships in the US and Canada, Alan is a member of our Diversity Council and senior sponsor of the Bridgewater Black Network. A ten-year veteran of the firm, he has been instrumental in shaping Bridgewater’s diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, with a particular passion for the firm’s efforts to attract and retain Black talent.
